St. Lucie built a run in the middle-innings and hung on through some bullpen stumbles, topping the Fort Myers Miracle 4-2. Cody Bohanek managed to come home on a caught stealing in the fifth, and Edgardo Fermin, Dan Rizzie, and Manny Rodriguez tallied RBIs in a three-run sixth. Carlos Hernandez was tasked with protecting the lead in relief of Tylor Megill, but he coughed up two runs over his 1.2 innings of work. Thomas McIlraith came in and was much better, allowing only one hit in two innings to secure the save.
