Drew Gagnon tossed a brilliant complete game shutout to lead Las Vegas past Tacoma 6-0. Gagnon struck out eight and allowed only three baserunners on two hits and a walk. The offense, meanwhile put together a four run rally in the first, capped off by a two-run double from Zach Borenstein. Jack Kivlehan added a two-run home run in the fifth for some extra cushion. Peter Alonso, fresh off the frustrating news that he would not be promoted this season, went 1-for-3 with a walk and a double, and the rehabbing David Wright went 1-for-4 and played all nine innings at third base.
