A seven run second propelled the 51s to a 13-6 win over Salt Lake. Cody Martin recorded only one out before exiting in the first, and was eventually charged with two runs. Corey Taylor wasn’t much better, allowing another two runs in the second. It really didn’t matter, of course, because Las Vegas exploded for ten runs over the first two innings, including three home runs. Luis Guillorme and Peter Alonso added their own homers later in the game to pad the lead.
