The latest in a season of brutal losses, the Mets gave up three runs in the bottom of the ninth to lose in walkoff fashion. Khalil Lee, Mark Payton, and Wilfredo Tovar all had big days at the plate, with Lee (the only real prospect of the group) tallying a double, home run, and stolen base. Vance Worly was bad in a four inning start, but Yeizo Campos and Franklyn Kilome threw four scoreless innings to set Syracuse up for the win.
