TRENTON/BUFFALO 3, SYRACUSE 2 (BOX)
Carlos Carrasco looked good in his rehab start, allowing a pair of hits over three innings, striking out six Trenton/Buffalo Thunder/Bisons. His replacement, Jesus Reyes, was more or less just as solid, allowing a run in the fifth, but his replacement, Roel Ramirez was not. Ramirez replaced Reyes in the bottom of the eighth and allowed back-to-back homers from Kevin Smith and Tyler White to give the Trenton/Buffalo Thunder/Bisons the lead.
