Syracuse had a frustrating day at the office in this one. Despite only scoring two runs, they were all over the basepaths, notching nine hits and three walks along with them. The two times they did manage to squeak a run across came by way of a Nick Conti double play in the top of the second, and by way of Noted Mets Walk-off Hero Patrick Mazeika, who doubled home drew Jackson in the fifth.
