Triple-A - Syracuse Mets (18-14)
Syracuse rolled over the Louisville Bats 6-1 thanks to a strong start from Hector Santiago. The veteran starter tossed six innings of one-run ball, striking out four and allowing three hits and two walks. A three run outburst in the third, led by Danny Espinosa and Dominic Smith, was all the offensive support he needed, but Espinosa and Travis Taijeron tacked on some extra insurance with home runs in the sixth and eighth respectively.
