Triple-A - Syracuse Mets (7-7)
A late combeback was wasted by the Syracuse bullpen in a 5-4 loss to Rochester. Chris Mazza gave up two runs in both the fourth and fifth innings, putting Syracuse in a four run hole. Home runs from Travis Taijeron and David Thompso, as well as an RBI from Adeiny Hechavarria, got the Mets back into it however, and the game headed to the bottom of the eight tied at four.
