Mets call up Robert Stock, place Corey Oswalt on injured list

While they haven’t done any day trading, the Mets have made an exchange on their roster, placing right-handed pitcher Corey Oswalt on the injured list and recalling fellow right-handed pitcher Robert Stock to take his place on the roster. The 31-year-old Stock was never a blue chip prospect, but he made his big league debut with the Padres in 2018. The time he’s spent in the big leagues since then has included plenty of volatility, as he posted a 2.
