ATLANTA — Given his new job description, Matt Harvey’s nickname should be “Raging Bull.”
The beleaguered Mets right-hander was demoted to the bullpen Saturday in a move hardly embraced by Harvey, who had hoped for another shot in the rotation following a rough performance against the Braves in his most recent outing.
“On a scale of 1 to 10, I obviously am at a 10 with being pissed off,” Harvey said. “But my performance hasn’t been there, so I have to do whatever I have to to get back in the starting rotation and that’s, right now, go to the bullpen and work on some things.
