Harvey disappointed, frustrated with Opening Night start

New York Mets RHP Matt Harvey was disappointed with his first start of the season in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Kansas City Royals.

Harvey allowed four runs (three earned), eight hits and two walks in 5 2/3 innings, his defense not helping his cause early in the game.

Yoenis Cespedes dropped a routine flyout in the first inning to allow Mike Moustakas to reach base. Travis d'Arnaud allowed a passed ball to allow him to reach second, and he scored when Eric Hosmer's single through the left side got past the extended glove of Asdrubal Cabrera.
