Francisco Lindor powers Mets to victory over the Rockies

Francisco Lindor bookended the game with a pair of home runs to help give the Mets a 4-2 win over the hapless Rockies.

Lindor had a big day at the plate and was involved in three of the Mets four runs. He went 3-for-4 with two home runs and three runs scored. He got the offense started right away when he led off the game with a home run against Colorado starter Kyle Freeland from the right side of the plate and then blasted another from the left side in the eighth to give the Mets their fourth run of the game.
