The Mets won in walk off fashion on a foggy night in Queens, topping the Diamondbacks 5-4. Wilmer Flores was the hero with a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth. Flores bailed out Steven Matz, who was roughed up - he gave up four runs in four innings, striking out only two and giving up two more home runs. The bullpen was fantastic in keeping things close after Matz departed, with Seth Lugo, Paul Sewald, AJ Ramos, and Jeurys Familia combining for five innings of scoreless relief.
Final Score: Mets 5, Diamondbacks 4 - Flores and Friends
