Final Score: Braves 11 Mets 10—Welp, that sucked

After having a big lead for most of the game, the Mets ended up losing to the Braves tonight 11-10. A sloppy game all around, the Mets bats finally came alive, only for the bullpen to completely implode.

The Braves got on the board immediately, scoring two runs off of Rick Porcello in the first inning. The Mets tied the game in the top of the fourth, when J.D. Davis hit a two-run homer just over the left-centerfield fence. Robinson Cano homered to open the fifth, and the Mets exploded for six runs in the inning to take an 8-2 lead.
