Gurriel will likely get $10-11 million per season. However, because of his age, it's possible he isn't worth more than a two-year deal, one scout told Daily News reporter John Harper.
This past weekend, Yoenis Cedpedes and Yankees closer Aroldis Chapman told several reporters that Gourriel was the best hitter in Cuba during their time on field together.
