Mets RHP Noah Syndergaard is back, and as usual, he is beaming with confidence.
The Mets underwhelmed in 2017 with a 70-92 record, but that doesn't mean anything to Syndergaard who says they'll be at the top of the division at the end of the regular season in 2018.
"I think it's going to be an awesome year, a lot of fun competing against other guys in our division," Syndergaard told The Post's Mike Puma. "I'm pretty confident we'll come out on top."
"Thor" will have a big spotlight on him this season, as he missed most of last season with a torn lat muscle.
