The Westchester Knicks (13-15) lost to the Grand Rapids Drive (14-16), who got their revenge on the team that beat them on Saturday night. The Drive brought some reinforcements down from the Detroit Pistons before the game to make sure they did not lose the back end of the home-and-home against the W-Knicks.
The game got away from the W-Knicks down the stretch. Westchester even led by 12 points in midway through the 3rd quarter before the Drive kicked it into...ahem...drive and finished off Knicks affiliate, 132-117.
Both teams shot a high percentage from the field in this highly competitive offensive slugfest.
