The New York Knicks were favored for the first time all season. Let’s hope they’re never favored again.
I’m not sure if the Knicks believed their own press clippings or if they just suck, but they didn’t really show up on Friday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder. They took a brief 11-point lead because the Thunder aren’t particularly good and couldn’t hit a shot to save their lives, but the Knicks’ offense isn’t exactly a well-oiled machine either.
The Thunder second unit, which consists of like four teenagers and Mike Muscala, destroyed a pathetic Knicks bench to get back into the game by halftime, and then OKC pretty much rolled from there on out.
