The day has finally come, friends.
The New York Knicks — our New York Knicks — have officially punched their ticket to the 2021 NBA Playoffs. Sure, it hurt that they missed their chance to clinch with a win Tuesday night in Los Angeles, but at least their playoff berth came at the chance of their old tormenter, the Boston Celtics.
The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Celtics on Wednesday night, 102-94. Boston can now finish no better than the seventh seed, which would give them a date with the play-in tournament.
