I mentioned on Monday that there is a report out that the New York Knicks are in serious talks with G League star Trey Burke, in order to keep him from playing in this week’s showcase, that would enable any NBA team to snatch him up.
It would be ideal for the Knicks to trade a player on their current roster in order to open up a spot for Burke, but if that doesn’t happen, the Knicks will likely release point guard Ramon Sessions, according to Marc Berman of the NY Post.
