Porzingis can’t keep Knicks from blowing big lead in MSG opener

Kristaps Porzingis looks to make a move during the Knicks' 111-107 loss Saturday night.

The Knicks likely will find a lot of ways to lose this season.

In their home opener, they decided to tease the sellout Garden crowd by taking a 21-point lead late in the second quarter and dominating the half before blowing all of it.

In their first home opener without Carmelo Anthony since 2010, the Pistons rallied behind Tobias Harris’ 31 points to beat the Knicks, 111-107, and send coach Jeff Hornacek’s club to an 0-2 start.

Kristaps Porzingis bested his 31-point night in the season opener but couldn’t make the big play late.
