The New York Knicks are expanding their search for a new head coach.
As Tom Thibodeau remains the front-runner for the New York Knicks head coaching position, the team plans to interview Philadelphia 76ers assistant Ime Udoka for the role, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Udoka, 42, has worked for the 76ers over the past season, previously spending seven seasons with the San Antonio Spurs under coach Gregg Popovich. The Nigerian-American coach represented the Nigeria national basketball team as a player.
