New York Knicks: The Bobby Portis Game just became real

When the New York Knicks went on their splurge in free agency, signing a handful of power forwards turned a few heads. Seemingly players who handled the same position, Julius Randle, Marcus Morris and Taj Gibson were among the arrivals.

One of the most expensive additions, Bobby Portis, signed two-year, $15 million contract, with a team option for the second season. He had finished up with the Washington Wizards in 2018-19, but spent the previous three-plus seasons with the Chicago Bulls.

On Monday night, the Knicks faced those Bulls at Madison Square Garden, eyeing their first win of the young NBA season.
