New York Knicks sign former Michigan Wolverines star Trey Burke

The New York Knicks have a surplus of point guards on the current roster. In addition to incoming rookie Xavier Rathan-Mayes competing for the final two-way contract, the Knicks have an intriguing blend of veteran experience and promising youth.

With the regular season just one week away, the front office is looking to shake up its roster by adding one more name to the mix.

New York is trusting veterans Jarrett Jack and Ramon Sessions to mentor Ron Baker and Frank Ntilikina. Baker and Ntilikina are viewed as locks to make the roster, whereas Jack and Sessions appear to be competing to make the 15-man cut.
