With the 2018-19 NBA season long out of reach for the New York Knicks, free agency has been a checkpoint for this period. Outside players have stuck as the focus, however, including Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving‘s prospective statuses.
There are a handful of the Knicks’ own players set to hit free agency, along with their outside pursuits. Whether any of them return remains to be seen, but the front office has a choice on a handful of them, due to team options or partially guaranteed salary.
New York has five of these players, some of whom only signed in February.
