New York Knicks owner, James Dolan, is being sued by Madison Square Garden stockholders. This is due to Dolan having an ‘excessive’ paycheck.
In an article by Sports Illustrated, they report MSG filings state that Dolan has been paid “almost $76 million over the past three years.” The shareholders believe that Dolan is more concerned with this band, JD & The Straight Shot, when compared to the New York Knicks.
This suit is not a shock to fans. However, the shock is the amount of money Dolan has basically been paying himself. That is a stupid amount of money for someone that does not seem to care about the team.
