New York Knicks: Latest rumors on head coaching search

The New York Knicks will meet with four different head coaching candidates this week. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the team has interviews set with Mark Jackson, David Fizdale, Jerry Stackhouse, and former Cavs coach David Blatt. They’ve also received permission to speak to former coach Mike Woodson.

Jackson is believed to be the favorite for the job. While Fizdale and Stackhouse are two of the hottest candidates on the market due to their success with the Memphis Grizzlies and the G-League Raptors respectively, but Blatt is undoubtedly in the running as well due to his friendship with team president Steve Mills dating back to their days at Princeton.
