New York Knicks: Jeff Hornacek tells players that talk is cheap

The New York Knicks are coming off of one of the most disappointing losses of the 2017-18 NBA regular season thus far. Despite the fact that both Marc Gasol and Mike Conley were sidelined by injuries, New York fell 105-99 to a depleted Memphis Grizzlies team.

While the players were fired up about the controversial ending to the game, head coach Jeff Hornacek isn’t pretending words are enough.

New York was understandably frustrated after what can only be described as a controversial loss to the Grizzlies. The referees took the outcome out of the players’ hands, but only after New York spent three quarters playing minimal defense.
