It took until the fourth game, but the New York Knicks finally earned their first victory of the 2019-20 NBA season, defeating the Chicago Bulls, 105-98. It took overcoming an 18-point deficit and the hardships of the first quarter, but coach David Fizdale’s team battled back with a strong second half, including an impressive game from one of the newest additions.
The Knicks are now 1-3, and while the start to this season can hardly be called perfect, they have, for the most part, stayed competitive; Monday’s game was that paying off.
