New York Knicks: Derrick Rose, Cavs Discussing One-Year Deal

The market for Derrick Rose has been quiet thus far in free agency, and the New York Knicks are apparently out. Teams have not been enamored with signing the former league MVP, until now.

According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, the Cleveland Cavaliers are in negotiations with Rose on a one-year deal.

The Cavs would likely have Rose, along with newly signed guard Jose Calderon, come off the bench to backup All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving.
