Following a stunning comeback in a 138-135 overtime victory over the New York Knicks on Wednesday, the Indiana Pacers jumped past their Eastern Conference counterparts and now have the second-best odds to win the NBA championship at 5-1.
The Knicks led by 14 points with under three minutes remaining in regulation of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals, but Aaron Nesmith brought the Pacers back with a flurry of 3-pointers before Tyrese Haliburton's long jumper at the buzzer sent the game into OT, where the Pacers would finish off the unlikely rally.
