Marcus Morris, Julius Randle save Knicks amid trade buzz

CLEVELAND — The Knicks will roll into Thursday’s trade deadline on a two-game winning streak after an exciting 139-134 overtime victory over the Cavaliers as Marcus Morris pulled out the clutch bag again.

The Knicks rallied from a 10-point hole with 5:17 left in regulation, then blew a late three-point lead before righting themselves in overtime to go 2-0 on the trip.

The Knicks forward combination of Morris and Julius Randle, as they did two weeks ago in a rout of the Cavs, came up big, each hitting late overtime baskets. The Knicks moved to 15-36 and interim coach Mike Miller to 11-18.
