A report came out over a week ago that the New York Knicks were very close to waiving disgruntled center Joakim Noah.
Unfortunately for Noah he’s still on the Knicks’ roster because both sides can’t agree on how much money the former defensive player of the year is going to give back to the franchise.
Stefan Bondy of the NY Daily News is reporting that the Knicks will release Noah prior to next week’s regular season opener, unless they’re able to trade him.
Let’s be honest, the Knicks are not trading Noah.
