At 23-32 and five games out of the playoffs, the team can still make a run at the postseason. However, the key will be to not do anything to disrupt the future of the organization. The squad is still a few years from contention, and trading away young stars would only make things worse. On the other hand, getting rid of veterans could help open things up for future seasons.
