With the NBA trade deadline now behind us, teams like the New York Knicks, Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers will have to wait until the offseason in order to try and make a trade for New Orleans Pelicans’ star Anthony Davis.
We know that the only way the Knicks will have a chance at landing Davis is by trading their first round pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. That’s of course if they end up with the first or second overall pick. The Pelicans won’t want anything less.
Marc Berman of the New York Post is reporting that the Knicks could end up getting a deal done on draft night that would bring Davis to the Big Apple.
