TORONTO — Tim Hardaway Jr. suffered a mysterious left-foot injury that forced him out of the final three minutes of Friday’s 107-84 dud against the Raptors, but he doesn’t believe the problem will linger.

Hardaway said he did nothing in particular to hurt himself after being the hero versus the Jazz on Wednesday, but he woke up with pain in the middle of his left foot the next morning. He played with pain Friday before being removed, scoring 13 points with just one assist and shooting 5 of 11.

X-rays after the game were negative, but Hardaway wouldn’t guarantee he would be ready when the Knicks host the Clippers on Monday.
