The New York Knicks have players on their main roster, but there’s still another group to put together in the G League, for the Westchester Knicks. An official roster will not arrive for a while, but the organization already started to develop its look.
Tyrius Walker, who joined New York on an Exhibit 10 deal, was already released and will likely join Westchester. He appeared in Monday’s preseason opener against the Washington Wizards.
On Tuesday, the Knicks continued to develop their G League roster. It started with the Twitter-announced signing of Phil Carr in a photo with team executive Craig Robinson.
