The New York Knicks have vastly improved the backcourt from a season ago. After utilizing Arron Afflalo, Jose Calderon, Langston Galloway, Jerian Grant, and Sasha Vujacic in 2015-16, the likes of Derrick Rose, Courtney Lee, Brandon Jennings, and Justin Holiday will take the court in 2016-17.
According to a recent report, that new quartet of quality guards will be complemented by a familiar face.
Rose and Jennings are severe upgrades at point guard based on athleticism and upside alone. The same can be said about Lee and Holiday, who provide the level of explosiveness and defensive potential that New York was missing a season ago.
