The New York Knicks committed to a brighter future by introducing the Westchester Knicks to the NBA D-League. The move enabled New York to have an exclusive second-level club to develop young players and find overlooked talent.
On Wednesday, October 7, Westchester officially hired Mike Miller as its new head coach.
The D-League Knicks finished the 2014-15 season at 10-40. They went through two head coaches, Kevin Whitted and Craig Hodges—a Phil Jackson disciple—before making the decision to find a new man for the job this past summer.
