The New York Knicks have entrusted the future of the organization to rookie phenom Kristaps Porzingis. The No. 4 overall selection in the 2015 NBA Draft, Porzingis put forth the best rookie season by any Knick since Patrick Ewing in 1984-85.
Porzingis will be rewarded for his efforts.
Porzingis ranked No. 2 in the Rookie of the Year voting behind Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl-Anthony Towns. That was an achievement unto itself, as Towns put forth one of the greatest rookie seasons ever.
Thus, it comes as no surprise that Porzingis was unanimously voted to the All-Rookie First Team.
