As the Bulls step into the Garden on Monday, Fizdale gave hints it’s time to turn to Frank Ntilikina as Elfrid Payton’s backup and give the fans what they want.
Smith got booed in the second half during Saturday’s home opener. The fans started chanting, “We Want Frank,’’ even as Smith tried to bring the ball up-court. Talk about a home-court disadvantage.
