Knicks’ Frank Ntilikina is struggling with his shooting again

Frank Ntilikina enjoyed a five-game stretch this month in which he connected on 50 percent of his 32 field-goal attempts, highlighted by a 16-point performance in Utah on Jan. 8.

But the Knicks’ 2017 lottery pick has lost that shooting touch again since suffering a groin injury against New Orleans one game later.

Counting that loss and his four appearances since returning from a two-game injury absence, Ntilikina is shooting just 20 percent (7-for-35) from the floor, including an 0-for-8 scoreless night in Wednesday’s loss to the Lakers.
