Kemba Walker unlocks Mitchell Robinson in Knicks’ win over Pistons

Never mind if it was against the league’s worst team.

The New York Knicks regained their defensive grit in a much-needed 105-91 win over the Detroit Pistons Tuesday night at the Garden.

They held the Pistons to 36.2 percent shooting from the field and 24.2 percent from the three-point zone.

The key was unlocking Mitchell Robinson, who delivered his most impressive game since his return from two serious injuries.

Robinson’s imprint was all over the Knicks’ massive win that snapped a five-game home losing streak. It was the Knicks’ first win at the Madison Square Garden since beating the Los Angeles Lakers last Nov.
