How Knicks will use Mitchell Robinson in long-awaited return

LONDON — Mitchell Robinson has been a quick study his rookie season after not playing college ball. Even in British vernacular.

“Top of the morning,” Robinson said to two approaching New York writers before the Knicks practiced at CitySport gym on a rainy Wednesday.

Robinson, who had never been out of the U.S. or Canada before the London trip, is ready to be on top of the Knicks’ rim again.

The 7-1 shot-blocker has missed a full month with first an ankle sprain, then a groin injury he suffered on the slippery UCLA practice floor when he was about to return.
