The Boston Celtics forward clotheslined and pinned R-Truth to win the WWE 24/7 championship during a taping of “Main Event” prior to “Monday Night Raw” at Madison Square Garden on Monday night. It was WWE’s first televised show at MSG in 10 years.
Kanter, who as an avid wrestling fan and dating WWE superstar Dana Brooke, celebrated his victory by revealing his Celtics jersey, bring more boos and chants of “Boston Sucks” down upon him from the Garden crowed.
