Enes Kanter’s big game hurt by questionable flagrant foul

Enes Kanter almost always has his way with the Nets’ smaller front line — he’s a menacing bull at Barclays Center.

When the Knicks needed three points to tie Friday night, Kanter got them, barreling to the bucket after a pocket pass from Trey Burke off a pick-and-roll with 15.9 seconds left.

Kanter scored the layup, drew the foul and made the free throw, tying the score, but he wasn’t the hero in the Knicks’ loss, a 107-105 thriller. Kanter finished with 29 points and 10 rebounds, made 12-of-18 shots and all five of his free throws — but it was all for naught after Nets point guard Caris LeVert’s last-second layup.
