Thursday night’s game six win over the Pistons was an instant classic. It literally had everything from a hot start to a collapse many fans saw coming, to a surprisingly good third quarter, to another collapse, to a series-clinching three from none other than Jalen Brunson, who saw and heard, his name, and reputation get dragged through the mud over the last couple of weeks. But the Knicks and their fans don’t have a lot of time to celebrate their first-round victory.
Boston awaits them fresh off their 4-1 gentleman’s sweep of the Magic, and needless to say, it’s going to be an incredibly difficult series against a significantly better team.
