Derrick Rose’s accuser is trying to block the Knicks guard from using testimony by a former coworker, who said that her rape claim is “false and financially motivated.”
Just yesterday Rose’s lawyers surprised attorneys for the accuser with their plan to read from December 2015 and May 2016 depositions on the last full day of trial Tuesday.
In the deposition Keyana LaVergne, a former colleague of the accuser at the property management firm GHP, says she came into work just hours after the alleged rape and “didn’t seem battered.
