Knicks News: Derek Fisher, Phil Jackson Want To Duplicate Progress Of The Milwaukee Bucks

The New York Knicks had one of the worst seasons in franchise history last season, winning just 17 games, but they have plans to have a lot more success this year:

"We’re not going to win just 17 games. We feel like we can say that and feel pretty confident about that," head coach Derek Fisher said.

Team president Phil Jackson was also asked about how the Knicks can improve, and he said New York wants to duplicate the progress of the Milwaukee Bucks, who went 41-41 last season after going 15-67 in 2013-14.

“Yes we can. But how far can we jump?” he said. “I don’t know if we win 30 more games. That would be an awful massive jump for any team.”
