The NBA Lockout is finally over! The NBA players and owners reached a tentative agreement to end the 149-day lockout at around 4am Saturday morning. Training camps will open December 6 with the first day of games being played on Christmas Day. The 66-game season will kick off with a triple-header starting with the Boston Celtics visiting the New York Knicks at the world's most famous arena.
Knicks fans, our most anticipated season ever is finally going to get underway. It'll be interesting to see who the Knicks go after in free agency, but that will be determined eventually. For now basketball fans, we can exhale and start looking forward to Christmas Day, the NBA is back!
